2018 FFF Holiday Nominations

Your Friends for Friends Executive Board met recently and approved three nominations to assist neighbors in need dealing with the physical, emotional and financial struggles caused by cancer. A fourth nomination was approved to assist a homeless single mother with her challenging situation.

Each of the nominees received a check in the amount of $3,000, along with assurances that our FfF family would keep them and their loved ones in our thoughts and prayers.

2018 Holiday Nominations

Our first nominations is a newly-wed couple who just found out that she has Stage IV Lung Cancer. Friends for Friends was able to provide support to help pay some of the medical bills.

We received an nomination for a family of four one in college, one in high school and two in grade school. The mom undergoing her second round of Chemo for Lymphoma. With medial bills getting out of hand FfF donated to help this family.

The third nomiation went to a FfF members who is battling cancer. This family has been FfF members for the past 23 years. We are sadden by the news but grateful that we are able to help to this family during their struggle.

The last donation went to a family to help make their Christmas a little brighter. A single mom with three children who is homeless living with family and friends. Friends for Friends donated to make sure Santa came to their home and left some gifts under the tree this year.

It is only through your consistent financial support that we are able to help these four families.
